With several years of activity, a consolidated brand, and a strong presence on digital channels, the business currently has an annual turnover exceeding €500,000, with around 2,500 monthly orders and excellent customer ratings on major delivery platforms.

The operation is fully set up and includes brand, equipment, processes, recipes, suppliers, digital channels, and all the know-how developed over the past years.

The concept currently operates in Telheiras only through delivery and takeaway, with significant potential for a new phase of brand development, particularly through the creation of a dine-in component, expansion to new locations, and development of new sales channels.

Conditions

Reference value for the acquisition of 100% of the business: €120,000.

The current owners are also available to consider proposals for partial acquisition or entry of a partner/investor, potentially maintaining some level of involvement in the project if there is interest from both parties.

There is, therefore, flexibility to discuss different investment structures, participation, or acquisition.
