When do I have to pay?
After submitting the listing, choose a plan and complete payment. The listing then enters review and is published only after approval. The plan period starts on publication.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. One-off payments do not renew automatically. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and charge only the difference for the remaining time. Downgrades are scheduled for the next period.
What happens if I cancel a subscription?
The next renewal will not be charged. The listing keeps all current-plan benefits until the last day of the paid period.
Can I renew before the listing expires?
Yes. You keep the remaining days, and the new period is added rather than replacing them.
Are Homepage listings always shown on the homepage?
Yes. For as long as the paid period lasts, the listing appears in the featured section on the homepage, with no waiting list and no limited slots. The order among featured listings is drawn afresh on every visit, and one of them is also drawn for the large card at the top of the page.
In what order do Featured listings appear?
Always ahead of Standard listings, with daily rotation among Featured listings. The plan guarantees priority, not a fixed position.
How can I pay?
One-off payments can be made by card and MB WAY. Subscriptions are paid by card because automatic renewal requires a recurring payment method.
Do prices include VAT?
The prices shown are final, with no VAT added. Isento de IVA - artigo 53º do CIVA
Will I receive a payment receipt?
Yes. Each payment generates a Stripe receipt available in your account's payments area.
